About Lawyer Miroslav Mirchev — Plovdiv

Lawyer Miroslav Mirchev is a practising lawyer in Plovdiv, a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association. 

His work focuses on commercial and company law, the incorporation and development of businesses, and the drafting and conclusion of contracts. He also advises on personal data protection (GDPR) and on the legal aspects of artificial intelligence. He graduated from the Language High School “Plovdiv” in 2019 and then obtained a master’s degree in law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (2024). While still a student, he worked at a private enforcement agent’s office and at a law firm, where he gained practical experience in enforcement proceedings, commercial and company law, and personal data protection. He advises clients in Bulgarian and English.
