Preliminary contracts
I draft and review preliminary contracts where the final transaction is still to come: for the sale of real estate, the transfer of company shares and the future creation of real rights. Particular attention is paid to the deposit and the earnest money, the time limits for concluding the final contract and protection if one party refuses, including the claim under Art. 19(3) of the Obligations and Contracts Act.
