Conversion of share capital into euro

With the adoption of the euro as the official currency of the Republic of Bulgaria, all commercial companies are required to convert their registered capital from Bulgarian leva into euro by the end of the year. The procedure requires updating the articles of association or the constitutive deed, preparing and filing the relevant documents with the Commercial Register and, where necessary, rounding the amounts in accordance with the statutory rules.
