Condominium ownership
Appealing general meeting resolutions
I represent owners in challenging general meeting resolutions before the district court: checking the regularity of the convening, the quorum and the majority, the content of the resolution and compliance with the time limit for appeal. I also assist the condominium and the manager when a resolution has been challenged and has to be defended.
