Acceptance and renunciation of an inheritance

I assist heirs in deciding whether to accept an inheritance or renounce it: assessing the property and the debts of the deceased, acceptance by written declaration, by conduct or by inventory, a declaration of renunciation before the district court, and checking the time limits and form.
