GDPR and personal data protection
Responding to requests from data subjects
I assist with receiving and handling requests from data subjects: requests for access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability and objection. I prepare the reply within the one-month period, verify the requester’s identity and assess whether the request is well founded and whether there are exceptions that justify refusal.
