GDPR and personal data protection
Response to a data security breach
In the event of a personal data incident, I make a prompt assessment of the likelihood and severity of the risk to data subjects’ rights, prepare the notification to the Commission for Personal Data Protection within the 72-hour period where required, and notify affected individuals where the risk is high. I document the incident, the measures taken and the recommendations to prevent a recurrence.
