Data breaches and proceedings before the CPDP
I assist with a personal data security incident: risk assessment, notifying the supervisory authority within the 72-hour period and notifying the affected individuals, and documenting the breach and the measures taken. I provide representation in complaints and inspections by the Commission for Personal Data Protection, as well as defence in administrative penalty proceedings and appeals to the court.
