Inherited property
I advise and represent clients on the inheritance of real estate: determining the circle of heirs and the size of their shares by law or by will, accepting an inheritance with an inventory or by declaration, renouncing an inheritance, and actions to restore a reserved share where it has been infringed by a testamentary disposition or a gift. I also assist with the subsequent disposal of inherited property, including partition between the co-heirs.
