Problems with the construction status
I analyse a property’s construction status where there are deviations from the approved building documents, extensions and additional storeys without a permit, or a risk of an order to demolish an unlawful construction. I help assess whether the construction is tolerated within the meaning of § 16 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Spatial Development Act, and I represent clients in order proceedings before the municipal administration and in appeals against an order to demolish or to suspend construction.
