Compensation for damage caused by unlawful acts and actions of the administration
I represent individuals and legal entities in claiming compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage caused by unlawful acts, actions or omissions of state and municipal bodies and officials, under the Act on the Liability for Damage Incurred by the State and the Municipalities. The prerequisite is usually that the act has first been set aside through administrative or judicial review, after which the claim for compensation is heard by the administrative court.
