Appeals against penalty decrees
I prepare appeals against penalty decrees issued by the traffic police, the NRA, the Labour Inspectorate, the Regional Health Inspectorate (RHI), the Commission for Consumer Protection, the municipal administration and other supervisory bodies, to the competent district court within the preclusive 14-day period from service. The service includes analysing the act establishing the violation (AUAN), checking for procedural breaches in how it was drawn up, and defence on the merits as to whether the violation was committed and the size of the penalty imposed.
