Artificial intelligence law (AI Act)
Copyright and AI content
I advise on the legal status of content created wholly or partly with artificial intelligence: Bulgarian copyright law recognises only a natural person as an author, so content generated fully automatically is hard to classify as a protected work. I also help to analyse the risk of infringing other people’s copyright when training models on third-party data and when using the output of generative AI in published content or products.
