Changes to the entry in the Commercial Register

I prepare and file all the documents required for changes to a company’s entry: a change of manager or of the way the company is represented, a change of registered office and management address, name or scope of activity, an increase or decrease of capital, the admission and departure of partners, the transfer of shares, and the registration of a procurist. The service also includes checking compliance with the requirements of the Commerce Act and with the guidance of the registry officials.
