Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

I draft and review contracts between traders: for the supply and sale of goods, distribution, commercial agency and intermediary services, contracts for work, carriage, leases of commercial premises, franchise and framework agreements. I pay attention to the clauses on price and payment, deadlines, penalties, guarantees, termination and governing law and, where necessary, take part in negotiating the text.
