Registration of a commercial company
The service includes preparing the full set of incorporation documents (articles of association or constitutive deed, minutes, consents and specimen signatures), paying in the capital, filing the application for entry in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities, and advice on the choice of legal form, the scope of activity, the distribution of shares and the way the company is managed. Where necessary, I also assist with the initial VAT registration and with drafting internal rules.
